Learning Outcomes 

1. Identify and critique alternative theories of leadership and ethics relevant for business decision making.
2. Analyse different leadership styles and evaluate their potential impact on corporate governance and behavior.
3. Evaluate the relationship between leadership techniques and organization power dynamics to address ethical dilemmas.
4. Analyse and resolve ethical  dilemmas found by business leaders in commercial settings
5. Reflect critically on your own leadership style to enhance your effectiveness in leading others and managing change.
6. Develop persuasive arguments that communicate theoretical constructs and professional decisions to professionals and non-professionals.

Purpose: The purpose of this assignment is to introduce students to virtual groups and how these can be used to resolve difficult issues and,  in the process, understanding the challenges for leadership in dealing with virtual group processes.
