I have realized that the Clifton strengths assessment results acts as an effective tool to help an individual identify his strengths and weaknesses so that he can efficiently cope up with the various life situations and meet the demands of his personal, professional, family and routine life (Lombaard, 2018). My Gallup assessment results have revealed the five dominant talent themes present within me, out of the 34 themes that have been measured by responding to the Clifton Strengths assessment tool. These five dominant talent themes regarding my personality that have been identified and revealed through the assessment are namely relator, analytical, arranger, individualization and deliberative. The dominant talent themes revealed forth me will play a pivotal role in maximizing the talents that will open a gateway for the identification of my strengths and weaknesses and lead me to success in my personal and professional life, through a understanding of self and enhanced performance (Comer, Schweiger, & Shelton, 2019).
