• Consultative process with stakeholders detailing critical aspects of the project. (milestones, activities, etc)
• Review of current and proposed architecture
• Communication of roles and responsibilities is clear for all team members.
• Management of resources and scheduling
• Appropriate use of tools and processes is implemented and continually uses for the duration of the project to ensure successful delivery of outcomes.

• Conflict resolution process in place
• Change management process in place
• Leadership qualities are provided to manage the project team
• Adherence to the project plan
• Effective communication plan use for stakeholders 

Topic 3 

• Integration of related project activities adheres to the project plan. ? Regular consultation and report mechanisms are applied according to the communications plan. 
• Monitoring of project activities is consistent and measurements against the project plan are  made and action taken for anomalies. 

Topic 4 

• Show judgment in regard to analysis of deliverables when comparisons are made against  specification and reported to the appropriate stakeholders
• Support packages are offered by identifying requirements based on project results, including  options for any environmental or cultural impacts
•  Consult appropriate authorities regarding any testing, trialling, building and evaluation  requirements resulting from project, including any funding implications
