The problem statement for my research paper –

There are many processes and techniques are available for continuous improvement and quality management system in medical device manufacturing industry. I will be researching on the quality management system of medical device industry. Researching on the Quality management system in Medical device industry problems will help identifying why the medical devices fails although having quality department in almost all major manufacturing companies. Many recalls and failure happen in industry and I want to research the basic or common reason behind it. In my opinion researching on the failure scenarios will help me identify the gaps in already established quality management system.
