This project involves the preparation of a Strategic Plan to review the results from your balance scorecard through performance indicators. Based on the balanced scorecard results, you will provide strategic recommendations for various key hotel departments (Front office, housekeeping, F&B, Marketing, Human Resource) to improve the overall performance indicators of your hotel.

You are tasked with developing a Strategic Plan for the future of the hotel you have been managing through HOTS. This is an opportunity for you to review the balance scorecard through performance indicators and review the results from your balance scorecard through performance indicators. Based on the balanced scorecard results, you will provide strategic recommendations for various key hotel departments (Front office, housekeeping, F&B, Marketing, Human Resource) to improve the overall performance indicators of your hotel.
