6. Develop performance indicators for the team and individuals and document performance in accordance with the performance management system.
7. Identify people’s performance management risks and conduct a risk analysis.
8. Design a performance management and review process for your team in accordance with the organization’s performance management policy.
9. Develop a training plan to train your team on the performance management review process.
10. Develop a plan to conduct performance management for your team and to monitor and evaluate performance for the next financial year.
