Throughout the trimester you were asked to post on the Forum a response to each of 6 questions relating to your learning in Modules 1 – 6.
1. Select TWO of your three posts from Modules 4, 5 or 6 and write a critical reflection in the following format:
A Title Page: Your name and student number; the unit code and title; the assessment number and title; the Unit Coordinator; the due date; your word count;An Introduction: Provide a brief overall context for what you will be writing, followed by a clear statement of what your submission will be about;The body of your submission: For each of your two selected Forum posts, include the post itself (copy and paste from your original Word doc), and then add to this an additional 1 – 2 paragraphs on how you think your learning in that Module will help you become a more effective health professional. You will need to cite 2 – 3 additional references for each to support your writing. Use subheadings to provide structure and focus;A Conclusion: Demonstrate how you have answered the assessment question by summarising the key points.
Assessment Criteria: You will be assessed on your ability to write using clear and concise academic English, and:
1. Discuss key ideas from relevant modules in your two forum posts
2. Expand on your forum posts to apply learning from this unit to your chosen health or social care practice (30 marks).
3. Locate, analyse and apply relevant literature to support your writing
4. Use APA 7th edition formatting for in-text citations & reference list
