LO1: Identify and use appropriate improvement tools in order to map and analyse a healthcare process, making recommendations for improvement.

LO2: Develop an improvement plan including consideration of all stakeholder groups.

LO3: Reflect on the improvement tools used, the improvement plan proposed and their personal development associated with the process of producing a defined improvement proposal.

Task One: Using an appropriate model, provide a reflective account on your experience of using improvement tools as a component of your Postgraduate Major Project. You must include in your reflection your process for considering the needs of a range of stakeholders in the improvement process. (70 marks).

Task two: Design a Personal Development Plan to address any skills gap that you identified (during your reflection) in producing your Postgraduate Major Project. (20 marks). 10 marks will be reserved for the overall quality of the assignment in terms of: appropriate use of referencing, extent and evidence of research, structure of the submission, coverage of issues, presentation and use of appropriate language.
