Synthesize the information you find into a thesis – if you decide to include a Thesis, not
required.
You will need to cite your sources.
You should have at least 6 sources.
The Process of writing a Research Paper
Identifying the Three Main Parts of a Research Paper
1.) INTRODUCTION – Introduction (Thesis not required)
Otherwise describe your agency topic.
Provide a short summary of your research paper.
2.) BODY – Arguments & Counterarguments
Arguments and counter arguments are not required for this paper.
Relevant information about the agency, events, history, etc.

Start with a brief summary of your research, and what you intend to present.
Provide in your introduction:
A statement describing your topic, or issue,
A statement describing your conclusion,
Several sentences describing your research topic
INTRODUCTION – Introduction & Thesis
Thesis: (Thesis not required for this paper)
This paper does not require that you take an arguable stance on some topic.
Describe the Agency, with several paragraphs, and what you intend to discuss in your
topic.
