The Righteous Inn operates using a one-week roster period, meaning you are to write rosters for the next three weeks for each of the above operational areas of the hotel.
You hold a current RCG, RSA and food handler’s certificate. Management have given you the following information to work with:
Trading hours
Main bar: 10am – 10pm, 7 days-a-week.
Bistro: Noon – 3 pm and 6pm – 9pm, 7 days-a-week.
Gaming Room: 10am – 10pm, 7 days-a-week.
Bottle Shop: 10am – 10pm, 7 days-a-week.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are the quietest days.
Thursday, Friday and Saturday are the busiest days.

80% Australian locals with overseas visitors as follows 10% Chinese, 5% Indian, 5% United Kingdom.
