Physical Risk= poor standing balance, poor visual, dizziness while standing

Physiological Risk= gait disorders, sensation in limbs and feet. 

2. Plan to make changes to result in improvements in patients, implement the plan, evaluate the improvement activities, act to standardise the process for example, if the improvement is not successful, analyse what could be done.

– Showing respect and care= be compassionate, spend appropriate time with patients, demonstrate active listening is important in gaining trust. 
– Confidentiality= patients need to know that they cant trust healthcare professionals to respect their privacy and dignity to prevent them from not sharing information or ask for advice.
