This task requires you to write a reflective piece considering your understanding of the nursing role in mental health. Your reflection will include reference to the use of reflection in professional practice. You will need to source peer reviewed literature to support your reflection submission. The structure of the reflection will be an overall reflection that explains your personal learning from the subject in relation to mental health in nursing and the therapeutic use of self. You must then refer to at least two (2) readings from published literature to explain the importance and significance of using reflection in relation to professional development and practice. Literature must be referenced as per APA Th edition guidelines. You may write this in first person. Plan for around 500 words.
