The CEO would like to use this sample data to learn about the wages of Immigrants and their education. The data provided is based on how much per hour they earn and what education level they have obtained.

Tasks:
Imagine that you, as Manager of Ruby Red Shoes, and are asked by the CEO to report back on the wages of the employees who are immigrants that are working in the company and their education level. As a result you need to prepare a statistical report (as guided by your lecturer thru in class tutorials), and use the method of descriptive statistics you learned so far to summaries the data, and comment on your findings. In preparation of this report, you must use excel to generate results.
At minimum your report should address the following questions:
1- Identify the type of variables use in the excel database file immigrant wages. List the variables used in the file and what scale measurement these variables are and use theory and references to support.
2- Is the data collected for this data set sample cross-sectional or time series? Explain your answer with the use of references to support.
3- Provide a table in which you summarise complete descriptive statistics on each level of education and how much they earn. Discuss and interpretation the data.
4- Develop complete frequency table and then histogram to make inferences on the in the sample data. Carefully interpret your table/s each table provide an analysis of the data.
5- What is the probability that the wage of an high school immigrant earns between $11-$14.
6- What is the probability that the wage of an Bachelor Degree immigrant earns between $27-$30.
7- Suppose the average wage of an immigrants wage is $12. The average wage is normally distributed with a standard distribution of $1.50. What is the probability that the average immigrant employee earns less than $12 per hour.
8- Provide an overall recommendation to the CEO regarding the outcome of the data you have analyzed above.
