Evaluation and Analysis are linking theory to practices, so should have references to NMBA standards, as well as pertinent skills texts/ sources, and/ or theory texts/ sources (consider NMBA standards; ACSQHC standards; Tollefson & Hillman; Crisp, Douglas, Rebeiro & Waters; Brown, Edwards, Seaton & Buckley; pathophysiology sources; or pharmacology sources as appropriate). At least 3 different reference sources should be used. Show reference list at bottom of reflection page. References no older than 7 years. Maximum word count 1000 APA 7th Edition.
