2: Keywords (5 – 10 keywords)
These keywords define where your research is based on/anchored.

3: Introduction (200 words)
You have to explain

• Why the topic is relevant to a management/business perspective. 
• Specify the discipline used (marketing, finance, strategy, supply chain, etc.)
• Specify the context (industry – country – a particular type of organization, periods under investigation.)

4: Preliminary literature review (5 academic articles)

• You must proceed to a preliminary review of the key research that has already been carried out in the field and/or the identification of contribution that the proposed research aims to fill. 
• Identify a partial bibliography (5 academic articles)
• Make a brief summary of each paper (topic, research question, methodology, and results)
• Develop the main concepts and theoretical approaches used within the literature

5: Research Questions and hypothesis (100 words)
You need to detail the questions that the proposed research will address and/or the hypotheses that will be tested and the expected/possible results. 

6: Proposed Research design (200 words)
You have to explain the following items

• Variables & Measurement: what are the concepts you have to measure and how?
• Data collection: where and how do you expect to collect data (primary or secondary)?
• Data analysis: how do you expect to respond to the research question?

7: Expected Results & implications (100 words)
What do you think are the potential answers to your research question (problematic), and why is the answer important for managers?
8: Academic references (5-10 items)

• Identify a partial bibliography (refer to pages 14-16 for correctly referencing documents)
• Government, Institution or Industry reports for your context
• Books from Cyberlibris or the Library
• Academic articles from ScienceDirect or the Internet (such as Google Scholar) for the theory and empirical studies (documents you have reviewed in the preliminary literature review)
