Question 1.
Submit background information about the two different workplace learning events that you have planned and facilitated.
This should include evidence of having identified learning requirements and analysed workplace routines to determine opportunities for learning.
a). Explain what you did to identify learning requirements and what you found out. Submit at least one document that proves you did this.
b). Analyse workplace routines and discuss (1 paragraph each):
- Opportunities identified for on-the-job learning
- Challenges/dangers identified for on-the-job learning.
Question 2. Submit the completed work-based learning plans or contracts for each individual that you facilitated work based learning to.
Question 3. Did you develop detailed session plans for each of the two learning events and do these session plans come from an overarching learning strategy?
Question 4. Submit evidence of delivery and delivery skills for two different workplace learning events.
Question 5. Submit a workplace document that shows a record of:
- The learning that took place (when, where, how, with whom).
- (if applicable) Adjustments made to the learning plan as the learning progressed.
- Results (evaluate the effectiveness of the work-based pathway against the goals/outcomes of the learning).
- Results, with the effectiveness of the work-based pathway measured against the intended learning objectives/outcomes.
- Recommendations for changes to work-based practice to support further learning.
