2. For both situations listed above you will need to select a sporting club of your choice (professional and semi-professional)
3. For both situations you will need to develop a strategy inclusive of the following:
4. Philosophy: Your philosophy for athlete monitoring, what do you want to monitor and why?

6. How much staff do you need? Create a structure of the staffing needed and you must include details of salaries.
7. How much budget do you dedicate to staffing?
8. Ensure the choice of staffing is consistent with the needs of the monitoring plan.
