• Stakeholders involved and their likely reactions

• The role of teams

• Recruitment 

4. Based on your analysis, provide recommendations for the implementation and management of the change. Your answer must address strategies engaged to successfully make the change, leadership matters to overcome resistance and organisational structural considerations.
