Part (a)
You should introduce what is conflict management and set the scene for the organisation under study.

Part (b)
Your task is to choose an example of a situation of a conflict that has an impact on the organisation. This could be something happening now, or something from the past. The nature of the conflict should be clearly spelt out explaining its impact on the team and organisation as a whole.

Part (c )
In this part, your task is to consider the different ways of how you would manage conflict. Use the guidelines on how to manage conflict on pages 95-96 of your module to address the issue.
