SCENARIOS.
Choose one of these chronic condition scenarios for your presentation. All people in the scenarios live in outer city Brisbane with a travel time of 20 minutes to the closest major tertiary hospital.
• 85-year-old woman, Joan with osteo arthritis and living alone (mobility and self-care impacted from chronic pain and the deformity of joints in her hands and feet)
• 12-year-old boy, Oscar post osteosarcoma treatment 18 months ago.
• 45-year-old man, Paul post ischemic stroke (CVA) 3 months ago (on return to work program 3 days per week). Mild right sided hemiparesis, with mobility impacted. Mild aphasia, affecting speech only.
