Section A: Coursework Brief and Requirements

This coursework consists of three elements, you are required to complete all three: 

Canvas 1 – Proposition overview
• Complete the one-page template outlining your product/service and overview of the business model. 
• Do not exceed one-page. 

Canvas 2 – Blueprint
• Build a service blueprint framework covering key states, activities, users, actors, backstage actions and support processes required to deliver your product/service/proposition. 
• Fill in the service blueprint by describing the critical elements and interactions required to deliver your product/service/proposition. 
 
Canvas 3 – Critical elements to test
• Identify five (5) key elements within the blueprint that need to be tested/further developed in order to deliver a fantastic customer experience.  
• Outline why you have chosen each element, provide details on what needs to be tested/further developed and provide a short description of how this might be achieved.

• Please combine all canvas’s and submit as one PDF. Please also submit the Excel from canvas two.
