Your client for Assignment 1 is the Puntukurnu Aboriginal Medical Service (PAMS). PAMS is requiring a review of its website, which forms the basis of its current web communication campaign. The main goal of the research analysis is to determine the most effective way of developing awareness of PAMS, promoting its goals and objectives and engaging with their target audience through the website primarily. It is acknowledged by the client that the website is not currently designed to maximise the opportunities that the organisation wants to realise and may not be reaching its target audiences effectively.
