The choice of a firm or firms is left to the group. The group may decide to work on firms other than those listed above, as long as the issues relating to the firm / firms are challenging enough to justify a serious critical analysis. You may consult with the workshop lecturer to finalize your choice. 

Note 1: Groups will be expected to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the strategic issues being presented. The content should draw on the literature and concepts introduced in the module, as well as participants’ own reading and research, appropriately synthesizing and summarising. 

Note 2: The decision on how many slides to include is left to the groups; given the short time each group has to present, 20 slides sound a reasonable maximum limit. It is important to end with a slide sharply summarizing your key points and a list of references on which the research is built. 

Note 3: An excellent presentation will offer a good exposition of the firm, the industry in which the firm is operating, use relevant theories to conceptualize the discussion, demonstrate critical thinking and draw managerial / strategy lessons. (You may use this note to logically organize your presentation.)
