This purpose of this formative assessment is to help you prepare for the summative assessment (fourth marking criterion) by developing an effective implementation plan to carry out the project’s action plan addressing the proposed service improvement, resources development or policy change for your project management proposal.

This assessment should include the following:

1. Describe steps to be taken in order to move from the planning phase to the implementation phase
2. Describe the process of assessing the work to be achieved against planned performance
3. Select the most complex activity and discuss the relevant leadership style(s) and communication skills you would adopt during the implementation and monitoring
