This research study is going to analyse the factors that have an impact on consumers buying behaviour of smart phone. The focus of the study will be on four main variables as factors that could influence consumer’s purchase of smart phones. Those variables are price, brand loyalty, product feature and social influences, aspects of a smart phone that attracts the consumers towards a particular model or brand.

Aim: The aim of this research is to assess the factors that play major role in purchase decision making of smartphone consumers.

Objectives 

The research objectives for studying and analysing consumer behaviour towards smart phone are:

• To assess the level of influence of price factor in purchasing decision making of the consumers for smartphone
• To evaluate the impact of different brands towards consumers buying behaviour of smart phones
• To evaluate the influence of product features in consumers decision making when purchasing a smart phone
• To investigate how social influences can affect consumers opinion in decision making of purchasing a smart phone
