2. Hofstede’s cultural dimensions are among the most famous forms of assessing an organisation’s culture. Please compare Hofstede’s dimensions with Schein’s model and critically discuss, with reference to academic literature, the relevance of both for management.
3. ‘A manager is completely free to determine the structure of their organisation”. Critically discuss with reference to academic insights.
