Identify any challenges and the changes and strategies which could be implemented to improve the quality of the learning experience. Identify how the selected framework would work with your own team and across other teams in your work area. In your discussion, analyse and relate to expert opinion and best practice literature, including research-based literature to support your discussion. From this analysis, identify how you can use this framework to develop your workplace as a quality learning environment. The following elements should be considered in the assignment. Application of Framework Applies the framework and critically analyses the current learning environment within the workplace, identifying issues / challenges and opportunities. Critical analysis should be used to identify issues, challenges and opportunities and any changes that can be made to improve the quality of the learning experience for workplace learners.
