Your task Individually, you are required to write 1200 words proposal based on your group’s findings presented in the second assessment. 
Assessment Description The purpose of this individual proposal is to develop students’ skills in identifying and applying relevant management theories to solve a range of hospitality and tourism management problems. This will enable students to apply learned hospitality and tourism theories and concepts to a business case within a safe learning environment. 
Assessment Instructions Based on the work your group has prepared in the second assessment, you are required to propose strategic recommendations addressing the management issues identified in your group’s analysis. In preparing these recommendations, you will need to use concepts discussed in weeks 9, 10 and 11. 
More specifically, you must include the following sections in your proposal: A summary of the identified issues that your group presented in week 9 (200 words. no more). Strategic option recommendation that you would like to propose to the business owners from the assessment 2 case study (500 words, no more). Strategic development method, and its evaluation using the SFA framework that you would like to propose to the business owners from the assessment 2 case study (500 words, no more). 

You are required to use at least 6 sources of information that are referenced in accordance with Kaplan Harvard Referencing Guide. These may include corporate websites, government publications, industry reports, census data, journal articles, and newspaper articles. These sources must be presented in the form of in-text citations and a reference list at the end of your proposal. 
Wikipedia and other ‘popular’ or non-academic sources are not to be used.
