- final assessment paper consists of 2 case study problems on Corporations Law and one question on Contract Law. Total questions are 3 case study questions.

- A summary of case law (which have facts supplied in the textbook, extra cases supplied) used is required to show why it is relevant. Case names can be cited as follows – Hadley v Baxendale
- Sections of Act used in answer to be discussed in detail. All criteria to be addressed. If section has sub-sections, that has to given –for eg s.140(1)(b). Accuracy of section usage is essential.
- Use the ILAC (Issue, Law, Application, Conclusion) method to format your answer. Explain one law and apply it immediately. Then move onto next law and do the same and follow this for all laws to be discussed.
