Goodfood is a well-known Canadian food brand that specializes in high-quality ready-to-eat items, different types of recipes, and grocery items available with the same-day delivery facility. Goodfood is expanding its business and targeting a big customer base, so the organization decided to modernize its Inventory management with the help of Integration of the ERP technology to manage and plan the sourcing, production, and customer demand. In our project, we will follow the Implementation process and conduct a Quality research analysis to know the Insights of management and employees, that how the Integration of the new system helps them on different parameters in Inventory management, managing production and automation, and sourcing of Ingredients from vendors.
