This report reflects the ethical issues in the business process of the company which helps in aligning the interest of the company with the stakeholders. In the starting of this report, discrimination in the workplace is one of the major ethical issue, framework for ethical decision making in business and types of the stakeholders have been taken into consideration.

Ethical issue refers to the circumstances and the situation when a person or organization must decide the option, they want to opt for. So basically, there is an availability of multiple alternatives and it is necessary to evaluate which is the right or wrong. Right options are known as ethical and wrong options are considered as unethical. It is considered as a difficult situation as a single decision may create a huge impact on the growth of the organization (Wolcott, 2014). Example- To take bribe and use that money for the admission of the daughter or do not take it. Ethical Dilemma refers to a situation when there are two alternatives available and a person has to choose one of them. Both the alternatives are morally correct in such situation. For example, to get someone to the hospital from the road after accident or to reach office on time. Discrimination in the workplace is one of the major ethical issue. Nowadays, there is a huge competition at workplace and it leads to many negative aspects like discrimination. It is necessary for every business to get awareness about the anti-discrimination laws and regulations. There are different laws and regulation related to discrimination in each country and a business owner must be familiar with the same so that no complaint can be filed against him. There are some people who are among the favorites of an employer, but they should not be judged as per the likes or dislikes. It should be as per the caliber and level of knowledge of any person. So, this creates ethical issue for the employer.

Sometimes, it becomes difficult to find out the consequences of an action as there might be some actions that are expected to create good results, but they might create harm to the people. Example of this Framework is when a task in an organization has been done for the benefit of the organization, but employees lost their work- life balance by putting extra hours to complete the task (Zemite, 2016).
