Task:
The 010 Element will be an individual assessment. Students will be required to focus on the following topic and consider innovative and practical solutions to organisational problems by applying psychological theories taught in the module. Students will be required to produce a Portfolio that contains an essay and a reflection report. Feedback will be provided from tutors.
 
Using theories and concepts covered by the module, critically discuss the following statement:
“While there are barriers to women climbing to the top of the career ladder, lack of talent is not an issue….Businesses need to be creating opportunities for women to excel in business, they need to be creating role models by celebrating individuals who show it’s possible to be female and successful, as well as those who are working to fuel the female talent pipeline.”

The Portfolio should contain 3 elements
An image that captures the topic –
A report that critically discusses the image and the selected copy from a work psychology perspective –
An individual reflection on teamwork –

The report must contain:
Introduction – 
Short Literature review and analysis –
Conclusion –
Recommendations –
