Topic: Effect of Ultra High Temperature (UHT) on microbiological aspects of dairy products.
- Literature review must include abstract, relevance of topic, objectives of the review, discussion of research conducted in the area, conclusion about major developments in the area, future prospects and implication of the technology, references including mainly research papers. Literature review will be 70% of the assessment grades. It should be an original work based on the similarity colours indicated by Turnitin. Should be less than the word limit of 5000 words.
- Assessment/grading of the four literature reviews assigned should be based on their quality, relevance and content. The thoroughness and accuracy of your grading will be evaluated (how good you are at assessing the quality of the literature reviews) and will account to 30% of the assessment grades.
