The purpose of this assessment is to gain experience in developing an organisational change plan and in implementing sustainable and ethical change solutions. The students will design change strategies which address complex problems in a local, organisational, and international context and address various ethical, social and sustainability issues.

The students will design effective communication strategies to address change related issues. The feedback from this assessment will help students to be ready to apply a specific Change Model, relevant to their needs; enabling them to choose and apply the model most appropriate for them, and to demonstrate the appropriateness of the model’s use.

Context In Assessment 2, students identified several change problems or gaps which needed to be addressed for their chosen case organisation to be successful. In this assessment, they are required to develop a Change Plan which addresses one of the organisational problems they identified for the chosen case study organisation in Assessment 2. The chosen problem needs to impact on the entire organisation or on a substantial section of it.
