Oral Presentation (20% weighting, 20 minutes per group)  
Each group will do an oral presentation in Week 14 class (31′ May Monday 6-9pm). Each group will act as the project management team of the designed project in their Group Report and present the project to the Project Steering Committee (represented by the teaching team) this oral presentation. You are required to move from initial planning phase in your group r and assume that you are presenting the project on a later date. 
The presentation may comprise of:

• Communication of project status (e.g. progress against baselines assuming project is at a mid-point)

• Details of project challenges, risks and issues that are or can impact the project plan or achievement of project outcomes

• Propose an action plan or change request that will require stakeholder support or resolution

• Answer any questions or clarifications required by the Steering Committee 

The presentation to the committee should be up to 15 minutes and allowance of 5 minutes to answer any questions raised by the committee members. Each member in the group must participate in the presentation (e.g. each member present 3 minutes in a 5-member group). 
You are required to provide 3 hard copies of your presentation pack to the Steering Committee for reference during the presentation.
