HiI am writing as I need assignment help for a group presentation, I have two slides, 150 words will be in the text for presenting with 4 points on the slide. The assignment is on leadership practice and development. The leader we have chosen here is Tony xu (Door dash Founder). Attached is the group presentation power point file. I need to complete two slides “Followership and conclusion” slides. I have been having problems focusing due to some health issues and need help.

(1) Describe the leadership development journey the person has been through to be in the 40-under-40 list. For example, what were the key factors that contributed to their leadership growth and success? What were the critical moments and leadership crucibles along the journey? Provide as much details as available to help the audience fully understand how this person made it to the 40-under-40 list.

(2) Each student will pick one leadership perspective introduced in this class to analyse this person’s current leadership approach. For example, what is their vision? What is their key leadership philosophy? How do they manage their superiors? How do they balance getting results and caring for people? How do they handle difficult decisions?
