Many studies have shown that it has powerful, lasting and negative impacts on the mental health and well-being of LGBTQ people. It creates a situation ripe for struggling with anxiety and depression (Hudson, & Romanelli, 2020). To cop up with minority stress does not tell whole story though in life of lesbians, gay, bio sexual or transgender individuals. There is a way more to each and every person life than: strength and sense of belonging are found in community, friendship and the love of other LGBTQ community, people and their supportive allies (Pienaar and et. al., 2018).

The connection between social determinationdeterminants and mental health illness in the LGBTQ+ community
Social determinants have a major impact on health result, especially for the most vulnerable populations. The most vulnerable population groups are majorly impacted in terms of health outcomes due to various social determinants. Factors such as patient education, income level and environment must be considered when giving treatment and care. Many factors are required to be considered while delivering care and treatment services, such as environment, income levels and patient education (Alegría et al., 2018). It designed to identify ways to develop social and physical environments that promote good health for all. It is designed to identify the different approaches that help in the development of physical and social environments to promote the good health of people. All Australians deserve an equal opportunity to create choices that direct to good health. Every Australian has a right to have equal and fair access to make choices for their well-being and good health (Fox et al., 2020). However, it ensures all Australians that have opportunity, advances are required not only in health care but also in various fields such as education, childcare, housing business, transportation and agriculture. Many sectors, such as agriculture, transportation, housing business, childcare, and education, require advancement along with advancement in health care (Shim et al., 2018). Making these advances include some works such as, maximize opportunities for collaboration among federal state and local level partners related to social determinants of health. These advances need collaboration between the local level and federal state-level partners to maximise the opportunities associated with social determinants of health. To understand the social determinants of health, conditions in the environment in which people are born, live, learn, play, worship and age that impact a high range of health, functioning and quality of life results and risk. To understand social determinants of health, one needs to focus on the factors, such as the place or environment where the individual worship, play, learn, live or born, that impact the health, quality of life and impose risk to the health of the individual (Shim et al., 2018).Conditions such as social, economic and physical in the different environments and settings such as, school, church, workplace and neighbourhood that have been refer to as place. The conditions such as physical, economic and social settings, such as neighbourhood, workplace, church, and schools, are categorized as place (Regenstein et al., 2018).To understand the relationship between population group experience place and the effect of place on health is fundamental to the social determinants of health including both social and physical determinants. However, due to this negative comment, LGBTQ tried to commit suicide that is not good.
Assessment 2- Brief policy
Policy options and implications
It has been found that the LGBTQ+ community faces a lot of risk to behavioural health including substance use disorders or mental health disorders (Fish et al., 2019). They face racism and discrimination in accessing and receiving care services for their health needs, therefore, there is a strong need for an ‘affordable care policy’ that will ensure access and cost-effective services for the LGBTQ+ community, such as, access to education, job, supermarkets, healthcare settings, and others. and a current policy ‘LGBTQ+ health policy’ stated that the health care professionals should express cultural sensitivity and competencies for LGBTQ+ communities and more research should be conducted to address their need (AMSA, n.d.). This policy addressed sexual discrimination, avoided language abuses, ensures marriage freedom, and many others. This policy ensures that LGBTQ+ community help centres help them in seeking services from the right authorities, ensured their autonomy and equal access at educational institutions (National Health Law Program, 2021). However, it is reported that this policy is unable to address the cost factors associated with services, hance, there is a strong need for an alternative policy ‘Affordable Care Policy’ that will ensure access and cost-effective services for the LGBTQ+ community. This will reduce the rates of violence and mistreatments against the community people. For this policy, there should be involvement of the Department of Health, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Family and Child Support, and Economic departments of Australian governments for associated and involvement. This will reduce accessibility and medical cost-related issues for the community people who are facing difficulty in abortion, mental health treatments and access to other resources, needs and preferences. A similar, policy is also used by the United States which have resulted in positive results as well and have contributed to a stronger society with the availability of high quality to every citizen (National Health Law Program, 2021).
Recommendations for action
According to the Department of Health (2021), there is a need that people in different sectors, such as educational institutions, workplaces, healthcare settings, and others, should be informed and educated about the need, preferences and values of the LGBTQ+ community people. This is required to ensure that the needs of the community people are addressed with full respect and dignity. The local and federal authorities should be asked to collaborate for combined efforts and positive results. The Diversity Council of Australia should also be engaged to support the resources required by the LGBTQ+ community people. It is required to educate the families and support them so that the lesbian, bisexual or intersex child is not affected by mental stress and the bond between the family members remain strong.
How recommendation will address the issues
The LGBTQ+ community people face issues of racism, discrimination and inability to access resources in different sectors of education, job, healthcare, housing, and food availability (The Equality Project, 2021). The involvement of Diversity Council of Australia, Department of Health, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Economic departments of Australian governments, and local and federal authorities will collaboratively address the issues. by – Conduction of awareness programs to inform and motivate the people for respecting, addressing, supporting, and accepting the community people; offer tax reductions to people; provide discounts in healthcare; create special LGBTQ+ community help centres to help people in seeking help from right authorities; equal access policies at educational institutions and in job sectors; provide basic housing facilities to these people to reduce homelessness; maintain frequent visit to meet and document the ground issues faced by these people to address them at the earliest. The recommended alternative policy will ensure collaborative efforts from local, federal and state government and non-governmental organizations should provide basic housing facilities to these people to reduce homelessness and maintaining frequent visit to meet and document the ground issues faced by these people to address them at the earliest (McKenzie et al,. 2021;Namer et al., 2019). A study by Fish et al. (2019) showed that when insurance and legal support is provided to the LGBTQ+ community then health outcomes improve and affordable services are delivered. The recommended alternative policy will encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander LGBTIQ communities and organisations to develop relevant and accessible resources on LGBTIQ health. It will also ensure focus on tax reductions to people, providing discounts in healthcare, and anti-discrimination legislative, laws and policies in job sectors can help in resolving the issue (Namer et al., 2018).

Alignment with global goals and government priorities (approximately 250 words)
SDGs or Australian specific goals can be used in this section. While a table is useful it must be presented well and comprehensively to get all your ideas across. Writing a paragraph on the global and government priorities may be easier.
Make sure to reference the appropriate government priority areas. For example in NSW: https://www.health.nsw.gov.au/priorities/Documents/strategicpriorities.pdf And here: https://www.health.nsw.gov.au/priorities/pages/default.aspx Indicate which specific priorities you think align with your project goals.
Using references to support your claims remind the reader about the significant SDH, health issues and explain how they link to government priorities.

Academic Honesty and Integrity
This report used APA Style for reference which showed respect to the academic honesty policy of Western Sydney University. All the information that had been worked on was regarding the LGBTQ+ society’s previous study. A variety of researches had reached out from books and journals, and they had displayed the quotation within the report. I certified understanding, attention and proposal, which were taken from many books and journal papers. They were mentioned in the report. Also, I verified that this article was put together entirely from scratch. It had tried to make contract with a certain group.
