• Consider the impact texts have on shaping individuals’ or communities’ sense of identity.
• Develop awareness and understanding of how our perceptions of and relationships with others and the world are shaped by written, spoken and visual language. 

Task: 

1. Revise class notes on your text and its relation to the module requirements.

2. Write down how related material studied in class evoke concepts of language, culture and identity and then find appropriate textual evidence to support your ideas.
