 For today’s lab, you’ll be analyzing three different networks. 

•   Network 1: the Ultimate frisbee network
•   Network 2: the yeast network from igraph
•   Network 3: the macaque brain network from igraph

 For each of the three networks (Ultimate, yeast, and macaque),

•   compute edge betweenness and provide a plot of each network
•   with edge size by values of edge betweenness.  For each network,
•   is there a pattern to which the edges with high edge betweenness
•   are located?

  Then, compute a “community plot” for each network based on the
  Girvan-Newman algorithm.  How many different subgroups are present
 within each network given the results of the Girvan-Newman?
