You are required to write an analytical report on a topic which is detailed below and which builds on the work you undertook for Assignment 

1. PURPOSE:

The report will build on your knowledge of the key issues that will arise from the literature that you will source in the writing of the assignment as well as your personal experiences. These issues will have direct relevance to your career when you are required to manage people. 

This task is designed to develop a set of academic skills relating to business report writing including searching for, reading and critically analysing academic literature and other sources, developing a response to a particular challenge that you are facing in your professional life when managing people, applying a business report structure to your writing, and using a particular citation system for the references. 

TASK:

You are required to analyse a topic from the perspective of people management; to analyse the topic through a scholarly lens from a review of the literature, and to apply those insights into practical solutions. 

Your critical analysis of the literature relating to the topic will inform a range of issues, problems and possible solutions. 

Determine the viability of each proposed solution for your particular professional circumstances and make recommendations for a final course of action that you can implement in your future professional practice.
