Performance objective
Demonstrate knowledge of how to design and implement continuous improvement processes that engage employees in the decision-making process and ensure employees have the requisite skills and knowledge to implement.

Assessment description
Throughout the sessions in your training program, you will have participated in the Paper Plane activities.
Upon completion of these activities, you are to make a presentation on the progress made in implementing a continuous improvement system at the Paper Plane Manufacturing Company.
You are free to choose the communication channel you will use, for example, a formal presentation with slides or an informal presentation with a flip chart or whiteboard.
Your objective is to critically assess progress and make recommendations for changes to the system implemented so far and to get engagement and feedback from your team and three new employees.

Procedure
Review data recorded, discussions had and decisions made about improving performance during your six shifts in your Paper Plane team.
Review the communication methods used.
Review the results of the changes.
Create a presentation (maximum 15 minutes) that:
Describes the goal of your Paper Plane Manufacturing Company.
Describes the history of the continuous improvements system at your Paper Plane Manufacturing Company.

Specifications
You must provide a 15 minute presentation choosing an appropriate communication channel that reviews the quantitative history of the Paper Plane Manufacturing Company and makes the case for making changes to the continuous improvement processes implemented so far, including:
