Task summary
This assessment is to be completed using the Bounce Fitness simulated work environment. This assessment task requires the student to review Bounce Fitness’ Communication Policy and the Work relationships conflict document.
Assessment criteria
For your performance to be deemed satisfactory in this assessment task, you must satisfactorily address all the assessment criteria. If part of this task is not satisfactorily completed, you will be asked to complete further assessment to demonstrate competence.

Managers should start consultations with staff and their representatives onmatters that are likely to effect them as early as possible before decisions aretaken.
