Mandy offered the sale of her designer handbag to Amy at RM6000 and the sale of her bungalow to Josephine for the price of RM7 million. Both Amy and Josephine agreed to purchase the goods offered. Two weeks after the offers were made, Mandy changed her mind and have decided to sell the handbag and the bungalow to Rajesh who was willing to pay RM10,000 for the handbag and RM10 million for the bungalow respectively.

(a) Advise Amy and Josephine of the nature of breach in question.
(b) Advise Amy and Josephine of the remedies that they may claim from Mandy.
(c) Assuming that Mandy is a minor, do you think she can enter into a contract with Josephine and Amy? Explain in brief.

Decide whether an acceptance is enforceable in the following circumstances with reference to the relevant statutory provisions and case laws:

(a) On Wednesday, Nina called Betty to offer her most favourite Hello Kitty toy for RM200 to be responded by the next day. Betty agreed to the offer on Saturday claiming that she has just remembered about it.
(b) Ahmad offered to sell his new smartphone to Ricky for RM900. Ricky spoke to him and he would pay RM700 instead.
(c) Fong sent an email to Lina offering her his camera and demands her urgent reply by early morning next day. Lina sends a text message immediately through whatsapp and Fong did not notice until late afternoon the next day.
