ASSIGNMENT INFORMATION

Explain the rationale as to why you developed your concept in the way you did in Assignment 2. Pitch your new BMC. See this exercise as one where you are presenting to the board of directors of the company you have chosen. Consider their needs for the business, and the strength of your arguments. Submission Instructions 1. The video presentation should be uploaded to YouTube; 2. The privacy setting is to be configured to “unlisted”, allowing you to keep your video away from the public but also making it accessible for your academic assessor; 3. Add the URL to your unlisted YouTube video in your supporting Word documentation, and upload to the LMS submission portal by the due date. PROCESS Following on from the SAME CASE STUDY you chose in assignment 1 & 2, you are now to PRESENT your new business concept and BMC proposed in a recorded presentation. Specifically you are expected to:

• Explain and summarise what you learnt in your business model analysis task in assignment 1.

• Explain how this guided and informed your concept design and development for assignment 2 (be sure to discuss the research you have based your paper off here).

• Describe and analyse your new business concept or set of operational activities that you introduced in your assignment 2.

• Explain how your concept(s) affect elements of the business model canvas (including links and interactions) in your presentation.

• Display your pictorial/graphical representation of the new canvas for your case study.

• Provide a short evaluative conclusion for the subject, where you reflect upon and articulate the importance of a business model towards an organization’s success. Please make sure your are using relevant theories, questions and concepts you find appropriate from the chapters, but most of the research will have been conducted in your first and second task.
