Individual Report Criteria:
Based on the assigned organisation that you worked on for Coursework 1, you will create an individual portfolio which puts into context the Strategic, Tactical and Operational decisions the organisation has made. You will further consider the context in which these decisions were made, how their success can be measured and how they align with the organisation’s ethics and values.
Your portfolio will make best use of a wide range of references – academic journal articles, trade publications, observations and photographs and made recommendations as to what the organisation may do next in the context of a changing environment and in this case, the evolving and unfolding global COVID-19 pandemic.
