Task format and Instructions

1A. You will engage with your peers in an online conversation in which you will share your appraisal of 2 leadership qualities in Registered nursing practice, applied to the NMBA Registered Nurse Standards for Practice. Tis submitted as a blog post (approx. 250 words) where you present your appraisal of 2 leadership qualities of the registered nurse and provide examples of these in practice. You are required to link your discussion to the appropriate NMBA RN standards for practice and support your blogpost with current, credible research. The blog post will contribute to 15% of your mark.
1B. To develop a discourse around the topic, between 18-29 March,
you will then collaborate with your peers to develop a discourse around the topic of Leadership qualities in RN practice by providing critique on at least 2 blog posts from your peers (approx. 100 words per critique). Your collaborative comments will contribute to 5% of your mark.
