You are also required to create and submit a one-page poster on healthcare issue relevant to older populations (a list of potential issues is provided below) and 500 words script for a 3 minutes presentation of your poster.

Requirements

(i) Virtual Presentation
You will not actually be presenting your presentation. Instead you will create a poster and 500 words script for 3 minutes speech to explain the poster. You are required to focus on presentation on one topic from the following list of contemporary healthcare issues relevant to older populations:

• Employment and retirement
• Gender and ageing
• Housing for older population
• Indigenous communities
• Media
• Technology
• Transport

The length of the presentation will be 3 minutes. You are required to submit the script to write 500 words you would say during the 3 minutes presentation in addition to the poster. It is important that the ‘virtual’ oral content is clear and concise and not written in essay format.
The purpose of using in the ‘script’ is to demonstrate to the facilitator how you would engage with your audience and what additional oral content you would deliver in the presentation to your “virtual audience”.
