Draw on the knowledge that you have learned in this unit and relate to a company example or your own personal experience, reflect on the roles and functions that a manager or leader must carry out on a daily basis and evaluate how effective they are, and why. Furthermore, it is said that managers often find themselves faced with the challenges of managing uncertainties, which will require astute executive skills to manage interruptions. As a result, the fundamental principles of management may have changed.
