Case Study (Online Business)
An Online digital marketing business wants to start an online business to provide services that can be delivered via the internet, like graphic design, branding, and website developments for their customers. They appointed you as a project manager to initiate, develop, manage, and control the team under your command to establish an effective online website in addition to social media marketing to promote the growth of the business. The online website should provide the customers
with all provided services, and customers can choose the service(s) they desire. They can manage their shopping carts and pay online. Social media marketing on different platforms will be carried on after finishing developing the online website.
