Company changing- moving to digital transformation, be it with clients or internal staffs. Having global meeting/ event using zoom is not enough, some time there will be hybrid set up in order to connect with global event set up. Event crew has cut off as no more equipment rental happening. Company cost is reduced due to less travelling and time safe. For internal- we use trello board to keep track the progress for team communication reference besides whatsapp. and all data is on cloud, accounting on cloud. Therefore, man power has cut down. Data is more organised and everyone could view.
